Annual Maintetance Agreement

Global Cooling Inc. understands that each customer has particular needs and demands of their HVAC units and as with any mechanical unit, problems may arise. We therefore offer standard or customized comprehensive maintenance agreements to all of our customers. We highly recommend this service as it will ensure optimal peak function of your system and guarantee you with cost effective and timely solutions when you need it most.

The benefits of an annual agreement are as follow:

• Scheduled maintenance calls provide convenience and ease to our customer
• Reduced equipment failure and down time
• Keeps your system running at peak efficiency adding years of usage
• Reduced energy consumption which lowers utility bills

The following are some of the detailed services provided under a standard maintenance agreement:

• Check the operation of all equipment and its condition
• Check air filter and clean or replace as needed
• Lubricate all fans and motors (if non-sealed bearings)
• Check all belts (if applicable) and adjust/replace as necessary
• Check and clean condensation pumps and float assemble
• Check drain and clean as needed
• Check and clean condensation pans
• Check and calibrate thermostat temperatures and pressure controls
• Check electrical connections
• Check voltage and amperage in all motors and compressors
• Visually inspect for any signs of leaks
• Lubricate automatic dampers and check operation
• Clean indoor and outdoor coils once a year (split units, package indoors and roof top only)
• Check and clean water strainer as necessary (water cooled only)
